Camp Kno-Koma serves children living with diabetes ages 7 through 15. From dawn’s first light , the campers will find themselves actively involved and delighted by the numerous activities that await, including tubing down the Greenbrier River, canoeing, swimming, archery, biking and much, much more. The physicians, nurses, dieticians, pharmacists and other medical support staff, along with counselors (many of which have diabetes themselves) provide an invaluable opportunity for children with diabetes to gain skills in managing their disease within a supportive community.
